**DISCLAIMER** This is an informative text with general educational purposes and does not constitute personalized medical consultation or recommendation. I am not a doctor, but I work as a somatic coach, and the information here does not diagnose or replace a specialist medical evaluation. Before starting any practice, exercise, or use of the mentioned accessory, it is important to discuss with your gynecologist (OBGYN) and follow their recommendations.

This is a non-medical practice, intended for women without pelvic floor conditions. Obtaining a gynecologist’s approval before participating is important.

The jade egg practice (also known as the yoni egg practice) is one of the oldest and most powerful non-medical practices for women.

Its protocols include hygiene aspects, pelvic floor anatomy, conscious breathing, concentration, or awareness of one’s own sensations, emotions, states, and thought patterns. The jade egg practice has its own integration time and is adapted to individual physical conditions.

With the help of an egg-shaped carved semiprecious stone (made from jade, quartz, obsidian, jasper, amethyst, etc.), this practice can bring excellent benefits to women of all ages.

Rigorous hygiene and short use are necessary. These are explained during the events.

It is important to consult your gynecologist before starting this practice.
Participation is at your own risk, and this practice is complementary and does not replace specialist medical consultation or treatment.

BENEFITS

With the help of an egg-shaped carved semiprecious stone (jade, quartz, obsidian, jasper, amethyst, etc.), this practice is designed for women of all ages to gain:

  • body awareness & connection
  • internal focus on body, sensations & emotional states
  • vaginal tone, agility & better muscular control
  • increased capacity for pleasure
  • increase in vitality & sexual libido
  • balancing & grounding of intense psycho-emotional or physical states

When done correctly (with proper preparation of accessories, body, and mental awareness, with respecting the body’s capacity to work at any given time and with appropriate relaxation and stretching after the practice), it can provide women with a more vibrant, intense & youthful approach to their sexual expression.

I facilitate live practices in Bucharest, Romania.

FAQs:

1. Could you please give me more details than those presented here?

You can do more research online. There is plenty of information out there, in both text & video formats, regarding this old Taoist practice.
If you have the time, here are two book recommendations: “The Emergence of the Sensual Woman” by Saida Desilets and “How to Use the Yoni Egg for Sensual Healing” by Grace Diaz.

Yet, do remember that any intellectual knowledge does not compare to the actual, physical practice that you get to integrate for yourself. This needs to be acknowledged here.

2. Are there any restrictions or contraindications?

Yes. Women under 25 are not accepted at this event. The reason is prioritizing women approaching menopause.

Additionally, people who have not had sexual penetration, who have recently given birth, have had recent medical interventions, suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence, have muscular atrophy, or have had any other kinds of injuries in the pelvic floor area at least eight weeks prior, cannot participate in this event.

This practice requires a gynecologist’s prior approval. It can be done without the accessory if the attending physician does not recommend its use for their patient.

3. What exactly do I do in practice?

We will have discussions, familiarize ourselves with the types of materials for the accessories, and discuss the physical, psycho-emotional, and energetic aspects of this practice.
No adherence to different beliefs is required, nor belief in the subtle aspects of the practice. Physical benefits can remain the sole priority if participants do not resonate with the other elements.

Yes, we will work on the practice itself. Therefore, we will understand the protocols, and I will provide tailored guidance based on the information each participant shares on the spot.

Note: At this event, there will be no very advanced practices (energetic, complex physical techniques), nor facilitator training. The practice is for personal use only.

4. What if I do not do it regularly?

This is entirely up to you, your body, and your dedication to the practice.

If you can’t attend a meeting for any reason, you can catch up with your fellow group members. Since this will be a group series, you will also have the support of other women – especially if you can’t make it to a meeting.

However, make sure you don’t miss any of the meetings, or at most just one. Otherwise, you will miss the opportunity to get to know and work on it with yourself. Plan your schedule so you can attend most meetings.

5. What happens when I am menstruating?

During menstruation, I do not recommend doing the exercises with the egg. Those days are for rest and for allowing your body to perform its natural biological function. You can either do external practices (such as breathwork, voice exercises, touch, etc.) or use guided focusing tools to connect with your internal states, dispositions, or engage in inner contemplation.

6. How should I prepare?

Bring comfortable lounge wear, a glass of water, and make sure your phone is set to silent mode. Allow yourself to focus on the practice and your body.

7. Do I get guidance for purchasing my egg?

Absolutely. You will receive guidance on the most appropriate materials, the best size for your body, and how to have your egg evaluated by a specialist (to get 100% confirmation that the egg is made of what it says it is). I also give recommendations of yoni egg suppliers (both local and international).

You will get all the information you need to make the best and most informed purchase for yourself.

I remind you to obtain your gynecologist’s prior approval. This physician knows your medical history, so they can assess whether using a semi-precious stone egg is truly beneficial for you.

8. What if I don’t like the facilitator?

You can check out some of my free resources to see what my attitude is towards my work. You will know in advance if you like me or if you could work with me 🙂

The atmosphere in my classes is poised, calm, grounded. I facilitate slowly. I guide around internal states & sensations, more in the sense of meditation.

If you wish to work with me, here are a few options:
An evaluation session (via ZOOM) or daily somatic practices that include the pelvic floor via my Patreon community. You can also join my newsletter to get all my news and launches firsthand.
