Many issues in your life (pertaining to mental, emotional, physical health, or even intimate relationships) are tied to your lifestyle.

Your current lifestyle is based on the mainstream socio-economic model:

1. You pay to fix problems, not to prevent them.

2. You work until you’re drained, with depleted energy levels and broken-down nerves. Energy levels and healthy nerves are your most valuable resources for creating anything in life.

Many of us adapt to this model, while very few of us get ahead of it.

In this socio-economical model, paying to maintain health or relationship harmony seems pointless to you.

You notice this especially when it comes to actually spending money. Why would you spend anything if you’re already healthy or your relationship looks okay?!

Well, this is exactly where the mindset becomes obvious. Exactly and precisely here.

This mentality is so widespread, even if in theory you say you don’t agree with it. That’s just your cognitive dissonance. You likely have it, too, in certain areas—it’s how powerful the influence of the environment you live in is.

By the way, we all live in the same environment. We all have this cognitive dissonance somewhere. Unless we work on it.

You can see this mentality, without a doubt, in how easily you spend (even large amounts) to solve a problem, versus how hard it is to part with money (even small amounts) to stay healthy, balanced, prosperous, in a good mood, etc.

And when you’re solving a problem, that’s when you see what ‘expensive’ really means, my friend! It comes with stress, anxiety, and sometimes even desperation. Plus with huge sums spent over a short time. It’s brutal to reach those states.

When you’re open to spending money, attention, time, and energy to stay balanced… you’re truly preventing many painful things—many of which stem from today’s lifestyle.

Putting consistent effort into prevention and maintaining your well-being, including intimate bliss, is the biggest mindset shift. That will be the moment when you’re ready for coaching.

You come to coaching when you feel good and realize how incredibly valuable that ‘good’ is! That’s when you want to maintain and nurture it for as long as possible.

It might seem alien now, but I assure you it’s not!

And yes, prevention and maintenance are cheaper. Absolutely!

However, you need persistence and inner motivation for prevention. It’s super tough to do this when your environment hasn’t fostered this mindset. It’s Herculean!

Note: I don’t blame those who have genetic issues, accidents, difficult family situations (usually incompatible mindsets), or a lack of knowledge. Not at all.

I’m only saying that the current socio-economic model isn’t truly focused on maintaining health and well-being. And that it’s very hard for most people to get ahead of this model.

How can I help if you’re in a good place now?

1. With somatic practices that help you maintain your emotional balance, mental clarity, and release daily stress from your nervous system. The cost is accessible: $12/month. You can cancel anytime. We’re not talking hundreds or thousands of euros, dollars, lei, etc.

2. With at least a bit of inspiration to return to healthier eating and a minimum of care for your body’s movement and sleep. This only costs you a follow on social media and reading what I share here. That’s it.

3. With a nudge to see take any small steps today to ensure intimate harmony or health. So, see doctor, psychologist or coach as soon as you can, if you’re aware of small issues that any of these specialists might help with. Don’t let any small issue turn into big problems! Or take any small steps you can to address whatever is holding you back (overdue projects, debts to pay, etc.). This costs you nothing but the time to read this post. And from here, take action (figuratively speaking) and do whatever you can. Here and now!

4. My video courses, when you feel you want more details or motivation on these practices. Or in-person events. This year I only have one: the breathwork session on November 15th in Bucharest. I organize them less often because I’ve realized that too few people can or want to commit to sustained efforts. All e-courses are listed on my website, each with its own cost. Just take the time to read through them carefully.

5. When you feel ready and able, I can help you through individual coaching. This is more expensive; I can’t offer it to everyone. It starts at $100 and up, depending on how many sessions you want. Individual sessions take up a significant amount of time for both me and those I work with. That’s why I only take a maximum of three clients at a time for individual coaching. And even then, only if I take them because many “interested” people back out for various reasons. When I see that hesitation, I don’t engage in any further discussions and I don’t accept them in the future. But before you get to individual coaching, you have the other four steps you can certainly manage.
