Hi, I'm Liana!

I am a Certified Sexological Bodyworker™ and a Rebirthing Breathwork™ Practitioner.

My mission is to help people to understand and embody better their sexuality.
As a Certified Sexological Bodyworker™ (CSB), I apply the somatic coaching method (related to the body: breath, sound, movement, and/or one-directional touch) that serves a learning goal related to one’s body and one’s sexual expression.

My work never involves sexual intercourse; it is meant for external support only. Boundaries & Consent are applied throughout sessions, events, etc.

As a Rebirthing Breathwork™ Practitioner (RBP) I support people integrate & process their traumatic memories and feel whole again. Also Rebirthing Breathwork can be used for any type of traumatic experience, or simply to manage better any kind of struggle, repetitive situation, gound and calm oneself. Thus, I can be of support for a variety of other life situations.

Training background

2022:
I began and finalised my in-presence certification as a Rebirthing Breathwork™ Practitioner. My teacher Cosette Alina Grecu.

2020:
I froze my Somatic Experiencing® training as it was moved online with the advent of the pandemic.  I couldn’t become a professional somatic therapicst by studying online, alone, in my house. In my opinion, the online might work for other types of training, but not for somatic therapy.

2019:
Began the 3-year training process in Somatic Experiencing® (by the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute in collaboration with Steps Towards Yourself Association)

2018:
Finalised certification as Sexological Bodyworker™ with the International Institute of Sexological Bodywork (IISB); I adhere to the Ethical Guidelines in the Application of Sexological Bodywork.

2017:

1. Online course on the basis of tantric sexuality (Tantra Touch held on Mindvalley Academy platform, trainer Psalm Isadora).

2. Personal development Counselor training (Classification of Occupations in Romania 242324)

3. I began training as a Sexological Bodyworker™ (I began my training in the Czech Republic in 2016; as the training was permanently closed there, I began once again in 2017, in Germany)

2016:

1. Launched my online work (website & social media channels).

2. Online training on the connection between money and sexuality, Going All The Way, organised by the amazing AmyJo Goddard

3. Live intensive training on holistic sensual massage (The Czech Republic) with specialisations on: massage ritual; genital massage and reflexology; anal massage; vaginal mapping; breathing and sexual continence; the five elements massage; facial massage; healing aspects of holistic sensual (tantric) massage organised by The European Academy of Somatic Education (trainers: Denisa Riha Palečková and Richard Vojík)

4. Online training on self-knowledge, activating and maintaining the feminine sexual energy at optimal levels (A Well F**ked Woman, created and held by Kim Anami)

2014: 

1. IMPACT online program, organised by Matthew Hussey

2. Therapy sessions under the guidance of cognitive behavioral psychotherapist Bianca Pătrașcu

3. Trainings offered by Artasia Foundation (mainly within their femininity department, Taiyin) with a focus on the feminine health practices, hormonal balancing, self-knowledge, all rooted in the Taoist tradition. Trainer: Carmen Alona Shuilian

4. Personal study in the sexuality filed, oriental and western literature on human sexuality and the erotic (part of the readings presented here)

2003 – 2017: 

Activated as an environmental activist in Bucharest, Romania (Southeastern Europe).

In 2008 I have founded EcoAssist Association, from which I have launched and lead many community projects, including two social movements in my home country:

”Let’s Do It, Romania! – the country cleanup in one day”  (2010)

”We Plant Good Deeds in Romania – the national afforestation initiative” (2011)
